I would just like to share with you the best ever advent calender I have had. I love advent calenders, infact I love Christmas and everything to do with it!
This was bought for me by my daughters when we went to the Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre.
Its a stained glass advent card. You have to open a door each side and let the light shine through!

I was a stay at home mum, due to a daughter with Neurological Diversity! Now my girls have grown up and left home, I suffer badly with depression so to keep me occupied, I garden (summer) I started a new jungle bed in 2007 and created an Arid Bed outside in the UK 2015. I sew, quilt embroiderywhenever I am not in the garden and will give anything else that takes my fancy a go. I suffer badly with depression and use my hobbies as a lifeline, it doesn't always work, but on the whole I am here! Plus I have a wonderful short four legged friend in the shape of a standard wirehaired dachshund!

Love it too and it is easier on the waistline..those chocolate ones are fattening..Happy holidays!
I love advent calanders too. My favourite one was one which depicted the meaning of Christmas, so each day was a new word.
What a clever idea! I have never seen one like that ever.
