Fortunately they weren't all eaten, I managed to freeze 2 dozen!!
And made some more!!
the tray on the right I will freeze! Well I will if I can cool them quickly enough as hubby is home and already tucking in!!!

Mincemeat pies are my favorite but since I'm the only one who likes them I get them so rarely. I have put in an order for a little Christmas one. I can't wait.
